The 1st painting in my latest body of work, Autopsy of The Soul is also the series’ title. It describes an “ethereal investigation” into the innermost functioning, strengths, and maladies of the ‘world-soul’, or in other words the energies and trends at play in our present era. This examination is ‘posthumous’, indicating the allegorical death of a former paradigm and state of values. It also includes subjects personally significant to me which reflect my own gleanings, hopes, and fears for the future of humanity.
